Returns are not accepted except for written authorizations from the Area Managers to customer service or as reported in the terms and conditions of use or except for communications of defective lots provided by the company;
The returned goods must arrive in excellent condition and in intact packaging;
Goods returned without authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender;
Goods delivered for more than 12 months must be invoiced;
Always indicate the purchase reference on the return transport document;
Any complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of the goods;
Goods with CE 0546 are not accepted;
Returns of goods ordered incorrectly are not accepted;
Always check the sales confirmation and promptly communicate any errors;
Please note that the goods invoiced but agreed on consignment are the property of Dental Manufacturing;
Failure to comply with one or more of these points will result in the return of the product.
